Fest Rules & Regulations
These regulations apply to everyone on campus throughout IGNITE 2026, including walk-in delegates, participants, teachers, and coaches.
Registration & Entry
- Everyone receives a coloured wristband for identification. Wear it at all times. Anyone without one will be escorted off campus.
- All attendees, including walk-ins, must wear their school uniform and carry their valid school photo ID card for the 2026–27 academic year. Old ID cards and other forms of ID are not accepted. You will not be let in without your uniform.
- Cultural events: Register and pay online prior to deadlines.
- Sports events: Register online and pay at the registration counter upon arrival. You will receive an official receipt.
Sports Participants
- Wear your PE uniform or official school team jersey and carry your school photo ID for the current academic year.
- Bring all required sports kit and personal gear when you register at the campus sports desk.
- Athletes cannot leave the venue until their matches and tournament duties are formally concluded.
- Sports participants must be accompanied by their school sports coaches.
Cultural Participants
- Arrive in your formal school uniform and carry your photo ID for the current academic year. No student is allowed on campus without an ID card.
- If your event requires special costumes or performance clothing, change on campus in designated green rooms and changing suites before your event begins.
Food & Refreshments
- No outside food or drinks permitted. Only empty personal water bottles are allowed. Anything else will be confiscated at security checkpoints.
- Lunch boxes will be deposited at reception, labelled with your name and school, and kept for collection when you depart. Greenwood High is not responsible for confiscated tiffin boxes, so please do not bring outside food unless medically required.
- If you have a certified medical condition requiring home-cooked food, bring an official letter signed by your school principal/head.
- Athletes may carry light stamina snacks if their coach explicitly agrees to carry them.
- Gourmet food trucks and stalls will operate across campus. Food is purchased via coupons sold at venue desks, so please bring sufficient funds.
- Complimentary refreshments and food are provided for accompanying faculty teachers and sports coaches.
Conduct & Venue Care
- Remain in your designated event zones and do not loiter in restricted campus areas.
- Use the waste segregation bins located conveniently across campus grounds.
- Queue courteously at registration and food stalls. Pushing, shouting, or misbehaviour toward volunteers will result in disqualification and being sent to the end of the line.
- Exercise utmost respect for school property and equipment. Any intentional damage will be charged to the responsible institution.
- The host institution is not liable for lost, unattended, or damaged personal belongings.
Safety, Health & Discipline
- If carrying essential prescription medicine, email ignite@greenwoodhigh.edu.in in advance with the doctor's prescription and explanation. No unauthorized medication is permitted on campus.
- IGNITE enforces a strict zero-tolerance policy regarding narcotics, smoking, vaping, and alcohol. Anyone found violating this policy will be immediately removed from campus, and their institution will be blacklisted from the remainder of the fest and all future editions of IGNITE.
- Follow all directions issued by the Organising Committee and security personnel. Failure to comply will lead to immediate disciplinary penalties and ejection from the campus.
- The Organising Committee reserves the absolute right to remove any participant whose conduct is deemed inappropriate or offensive. Registration fees will not be refunded.
